Earlier this year I was previliged to travel to Charlotte, NC and shoot the key art for Investigation Discovery’s new true crime series I Am Homicide. Here are a couple of posters from the show which stars detective Garry McFadden.
Earlier this year I had the pleasure of photographing famed hat maker Nick Fouquet for Los Angeles Confidential Magazine at his workshop in Venice Beach, CA. Nick, well-known for crafting hats for celebs such as Madonna and Pharrell, was as laid back as they come and wasn’t the least bit camera shy (I guess being a model for Guess helps out in that department).
After the shoot I tried on some of his high-dollar (well worth it) masterpieces and I must say I felt like I went from Gomer Pyle to Steve McQueen in the blink of an eye. Christmas can’t come soon enough for me.
2013 has gotten off to a busy start for Scott Witter Photography, but recently I found some time to work on my on-going photo project Cure People (shooting fans of one of the world’s greatest band’s The Cure). Adding to the roster this time around is alt-model and adult performer Cadence St. John. We had a great time shooting while also reminiscing about Cadence’s teenage crush on Robert Smith. “The Cure is my alone-time music. Used for self-reflection.”, says Cadence. Her favorite Cure album is Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me, while “Torture” is her favorite song.
Deciding to continue the fun, we also shot some unrelated Cure People photos pictured below.
