I love it when a project comes along and the photo editor basically says, “Do something cool and creative. Do your thing.” …. that was essentially my parameters when I shot for No Tofu Magazine’s recent ‘The Bad Issue’. We decided on doing Continue reading
Recently I photographed actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan for NY Moves Magazine (see more photos here). Jeffrey was such a pleasure to work with and we had a lot of fun on the shoot. For the first leg we shot outdoors in the Hollywood Hills on his Harley Davidson motorcycle (a more rugged look). Next we went to my studio to grab some sophisticated looks.
As a veteran actor (Grey’s Anatomy, Magic City) Jeffrey was on point with the direction I gave him. I’m certainly looking forward to the next time we can work together. Be sure to check him out on Texas Rising, airing now on the History Channel.

Earlier this year I had the pleasure of photographing famed hat maker Nick Fouquet for Los Angeles Confidential Magazine at his workshop in Venice Beach, CA. Nick, well-known for crafting hats for celebs such as Madonna and Pharrell, was as laid back as they come and wasn’t the least bit camera shy (I guess being a model for Guess helps out in that department).
After the shoot I tried on some of his high-dollar (well worth it) masterpieces and I must say I felt like I went from Gomer Pyle to Steve McQueen in the blink of an eye. Christmas can’t come soon enough for me.

My latest advertising job was with Deutsch LA / Taco Bell for their most recent campaign “Breakfast Defectors“. The shoot, which coincided with TV, happened over a two day period here in Los Angeles. I photographed around 15 people who traveled from all parts of the country just for the shoot. The images are mainly being used for interactive purposes, as you can see below for the Breakfast Defectors website.
